Who is London Logan®?


London Logan® is a handsomely beautiful individual, who doesn't conform to the norms of " menswear" nor "women's wear."




How do I track my order?


A tracking number will be sent via email once your payment has successfully posted.




When will my order ship?


Orders containing in-stock items placed before 7 pm EST will be pulled and prepared for fulfillment within two business days. Graphic tees and canvas prints are submited to production the same day, however production time is incresased do to COVID-19 and may take up to 7 businesss days. Pre order ship date varies depending upon nature of garment volume.




What are your delivery options?


Orders are fulfilled through USPS priority mail or priotity express. Typically 1-7




How do I return an item?


There's a 7 day return window once your item is received. Just send an email with your name, and a reason the return and to begin the return process.




What is your return policy?


If you're unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your products if they are in new/ resell condition. (NO WASHED OR WORN GARMENTS) TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED However, we don't offer full returns; you'll receive a credit to be used on later products. There's a 3 window to return an item once you've recieved your order. After 3 days the item is ineligbible for returns or exchanges. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED




COVID-19 Shipping Delays


Due to safety measures taken by our manufacturing network graphic tees and printed canvas items have increased production times. Processing time may be up to 5 business days. Our major shipping partner is USPS ( the Post Office) They are currently under staffed and handingling an influx packages due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Shipping may be delayed.




Incorrect address ?


We know that you're excited to receive your new pieces, but please be sure to double-check the correct spelling of your address including; 1.Apartment Number 2.City 3.Zipcode There is a 3 hour window to correct your address simply text customer service at 561.223.9712 or email londonlognclothing@yahoo.com with your Order # and the updated address. ***Once an order is in possession of USPS it is out of our control to alter the address.
